I built the tools I needed the day I got the call.
I'm KK. I spent years in People Ops watching smart, capable people get blindsided by a job market that stopped following the rules. Then it happened to me: I got laid off. Instead of sending 400 applications into the void, I started building my own tools to get unstuck, and they worked. Now I build them for you.
Identity Cove is career tools and workshops for the millennial who did everything right and still ended up staring at a career map that expired. The message underneath all of it: you have more moves than you think, and you can get back in the driver's seat.
